Refunds

  • Refund requests are only accepted if the product received is damaged or unworn.

  • Our team will review your case and provide you with the best possible solution.

  • To be eligible, the request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • For credit/debit card payments, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only in case of a damaged product or wrong size delivery.

  • Our team will verify and approve the return request.

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received, with original box and tags attached.

  • The shipping fee is non-refundable, and the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

Important Conditions

  • Item(s) must be unused, in new and original condition, with all tags/packaging intact.

  • If the return request is initiated after 3 days of delivery, it will not be eligible.

  • Damaged products caused due to mishandling or after use will not be accepted.
